Communicate your values, reinforce healthy competiveness, motivate and entertain your colleagues – Happening, improvisation show, during your events our team of professional, multidisciplinary artists applies its passion to helping your message get through.
To give pace to your seminar, stay on top of your schedule and make your corporate event different: we propose seminar animations where you transform your hostesses into « Angels ». Our « Angels » perform their work as hosts and hostesses while adding a touch of theatricality to the proceedings.
Their principle missions:
- Presence: the Angels establish a friendly and personalised rapport, thus becoming the reference point for any organisational questions that arise.
- Injecting energy: interrupting workshops, coordinating the participants’ movements in a theatrical manner.
- Entertainment: scenes and songs performed during meals or pauses.
- Empathy: the Angels contribute to motivating the group by taking part in the proposed activities.
Lighting, room layout, stage movements, PowerPoints, type of microphone – we provide you with our professional knowledge and experience as stage directors. Our goal is to support the meaning of your speech and keep the audience's attention.
Steps to stage a presentation:
1. Interview to decide on the direction to take;
2. Getting to know the location to understand the possibilities and technical constraints;
3. Drafting and discussion of staging suggestions;
4. D Day: rehearsal with sound control using the techniques you have learned for your presentation.
This is usually combined with a coaching workshop for active participants to work on the style and structure of the speech as well as visual aids.
Clear + consistent + dynamic. Each active participant is faced with the same type of challenge: if one of these three elements is missing from their speech then the risk of losing the audience's attention is quite high. Our communication expertise enables us to coach you on how to structure a speech and how to create visual aids in order to be clear and consistent. We use our acting expertise to coach you on how to present and convey emotion in your speech.
Goals:
- Indentify your key messages;
- Turn your speech into a story;
- Keep the public's attention;
Help you feel more comfortable when speaking in public
Energising a team through a strong shared experience, beating nerves, creating as a group! From writing a scene to performing it, Fast Theatre puts your staff in the skin of writers, directors and actors.
The objectives of a Fast Theatre exercise are:
- Becoming aware of a problem;
- Going through a strong shared experience;
- Finding solutions within a short time frame;
- Developing innovation and creativity.
You are dealing with collaborators who argue against or deny their professional problem base. By putting them into an imaginary context, the Awakening takes participants out of their comfort zone in order to make them experience the problem in question.
For example, let’s imagine the case of a bank that wishes to strengthen its customer care and make its teams realise what is at stake. To begin with, and without warning the staff, we could put them in the position of a customer whose needs are not being taken into account: insufferable waiters, haughty receptionists, condescending technical staff. Then a member of the management team puts across his message by drawing on the Awakening experience
The principle: the Happyning is designed to boost the energy and pace of the event by injecting a dose of humour into the proceedings. It is a short and unexpected moment that returns the participants to a positive mindset.
Example of a happyning : during a sustainable development day, an eccentric market gardener from the South-West of France turns up to introduce you and your staff to the « more than bio » and completely unknown produce from his farm.
You want to make your team experiment with the reality of a problem base. During a Livining, our actors make the participants experience an imaginary situation in order to provoke spontaneous reactions!
Livining example: During a seminar on finding innovative solutions, a “manager” of the establishment informs the group that there is a strike on in the kitchen. Their meal will only be served if the participants succeed in negotiating an agreement with the kitchen staff.
Interactive and fast paced, the improvised show gives your event a dose of theatrical humour, whilst also touching on very diverse themes. One constant: these themes and the constraints are imposed by the audience.
The shows :
- Quintet : a traditional improvised theatre show;
- Zapping : our improvised show dedicated to television that has been running in Paris since 2007;
- Tonight: your own improvised show, inspired by your work environment, your company culture, in short, a tailor-made show!
